Reading: Reading is much more than a relaxing pastime. Reading helps you expand your vocabulary while also improving your understanding and educating your mind to concentrate.
It also increases your mental fitness, reading improves your mental fitness in the same way that jogging improves your physical fitness.
Photography: A lot of photographs are being taken, and a lot of people are taking them. Isn’t it true that photography appears to be a usual activity?
When the mood and conditions are perfect, capturing photographs at those times can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
It could even be a spiritual activity or one that provokes intense feelings. Certain photographs can also provoke a spiritual response.

These hobbies help you focus and communicate with the universe. When they communicate they send messages to you that are for your best.
